Who is Live-in Care for?
Live-in care is a type of support that allows individuals to remain independent in their own homes, while receiving a continuous level of assistance, whether it is basic companionship or more complex care.
Hospital Discharge
The appropriate level of care and support must be in place for a successful discharge, often placing the urgent need for care on families.
A seamless transition from Hourly Visiting Care
It can be challenging to figure out whether Live-In Care is the right choice. Often, we come across families who have been receiving multiple hourly visits but now feel that it no longer suffices to meet their requirements
From Care Home back to your own home
We provide support to individuals and their families who have tried residential care homes but found that their privacy and dignity were compromised.
Changing care agencies
About a quarter of our customers came to us because their needs were not being met or because they were unhappy with their previous care provider.
Caring for couples
Live-in care allows couples to stay together despite differing care needs.
Preventing Falls
Who is Live In Care for? Live-in care is suitable for anyone who feels vulnerable and unable to cope with daily tasks at home.
