How Live-in Care Works

At Our Care 24, families who opt for Live-in Care can rest assured that their Care Worker will always be available, regardless of the time of day. Our service provides constant care and companionship to clients in the comfort of their own homes, with a dedicated Care Worker who prioritises their needs.

All of our Care Workers are supervised by a network of Registered Managers and Supervisors, ensuring that clients are never far from the support they need. The role of a Care Worker can be customised according to individual preferences, such as assistance with personal care, continence care, medication administration, or mobility support.

We recognise the importance of maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment, which is why our Care Workers can also provide help with housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and shopping, as well as accompany clients on trips outside the home. Additionally, our Care Workers are knowledgeable about nutrition and can prepare meals according to client’s tastes and dietary requirements.

Perhaps most importantly, our Care Workers are compassionate companions who are always available for a chat, providing clients with much-needed emotional support. This allows clients and their loved ones to enjoy quality time together as a family.

How much does Live-in Care cost?

What can my Live-in Care Worker help with?

Your live-in caregiver will receive training to meet all of your care needs, including personal care, mobility support, and companionship, as well as help with housekeeping.
